Privacy Notice

What we collect

• The bank account you link, and the bank's name. We receive an account number and routing number from your bank so the payment can be made.
• The payment itself: amount, merchant, date, and whether it succeeded or was returned.
• Technical information about the device and connection you used, which we need to spot fraud.

We never see or store your bank sign-in credentials. You enter those at your own bank.

Why we collect it

• To make the payment you asked for.
• To detect and prevent fraud, which the payment network rules require of us.
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to payments.

Sharing and selling

CleenPass may share or sell identifiers about you with affiliates and marketing partners. This is disclosed to you at the point of collection and you can opt out at any time by writing to us.

Separately, and not as a sale, we share what is necessary with: the merchant you paid, the financial institution that moves the money, and any authority entitled to it by law.

How long we keep it

Payment records are kept for as long as the rules that govern payments require, and then deleted.

Your choices

• Opt out of sharing or selling: support@cleenpass.com.
• Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep.
